1.3. All bookings and transactions are subject to availability, and Bali RSV Transport reserves the right to decline any booking at its discretion.
2.1. Bookings can be made online through our website, via WhatsApp, or by contacting our customer support team.
2.2. Payment must be made in full or as per the agreed deposit before the service date. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or cash upon agreement.
2.3. Prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Additional charges may apply for special requests or last-minute bookings.
3.1. Cancellations must be communicated to us via WhatsApp or email at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.
3.2. For cancellations made within the 48-hour period, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount applies.
3.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days. Payment gateway fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
4.1. Our drivers strive to arrive promptly; however, delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions may occur. Bali RSV Transport will not be held liable for such delays.
4.2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off details during booking. Incorrect information may result in additional charges or service delays.
4.3. Smoking, littering, or causing damage in the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Customers may be liable for any damages incurred.
4.4. Child seats are available upon request but must be booked in advance.
5.1. Bali RSV Transport is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the service. Customers are advised to keep their valuables secure.
5.2. Our liability is limited to the service provided and does not cover incidents arising from third-party providers, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
6.1. Bali RSV Transport is committed to protecting your personal data. Information collected during booking will be used solely for service delivery and communication purposes.
6.2. We do not share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law.
7.1. Bali RSV Transport reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
